  1. Go online to the CIPC website and register a new company for R175, the registration is R125 and the name is R50.
  • Go to your nearest cyber/internet cafĂ© with your certified copy of identification on USB, have an active email address or use your smartphone. The money that you will deposit through your bank details found on the website. They will do free BBBEE for you and all other business documents.
  1. Go to SARS, do a free tax assessment.
  2. Go to FNB and make a business bank account for R500. Or ABSA, they even have the R250 option.
  3. Go to your nearest Seda and ask them to make you a business plan, for free. Plus other trainings that might be relevant to your field.
  4. Go online, register at CSD for free.
  5. Go to your municipality and ask them to register you in their database as a provider, free of charge.
  6. Go to your nearest NYDA, attend your short financial management course for a minimum of 5 weeks (once a week), free.
  7. Apply for NYDA funds for free. They can give you equipment up to R50,000, free. You don’t return it.
  8. Hire people and register in COIDA, Letter of good reputation in the Department of Labor.
  9. Do your business and update it with marketing and branding. Logos, letterheads, business email, website, landline.
