Salad of carrots, mushrooms, peas with mayonnaise
This carrot salad plate is tasty and bursting with goodness and flavor. It’s delicious and healthy, it’s beautiful and perfect, and it’s a simple dish to make.
■ 1 onion, minced
■ 9 carrots, grated
■ 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
■ 1/4 teaspoon salt
■ 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
■ 2 tablespoons oil
■ 1 1/2 cans green peas, drained
■ 5 cans of mushrooms, drained.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add the carrots and stir for about 3 minutes, add the peas and mushrooms and continue stirring for another 5 and a half minutes. Move the mixture to a bowl. Once it is completely cool add the onion and mayonnaise. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
You can serve with rice or you can enjoy this Salad alone.
